About This Role
National Bank of Pakistan seeks Relationship Manager (OG-II) for Aitemaad Islamic Banking division. Report to Branch Manager. Drive sales targets for account opening, deposit generation, consumer financing. Execute customer visits, manage tail accounts, cross-sell products, resolve customer issues, ensure regulatory compliance and audit management. Requires 2+ years banking with 6+ months sales experience. Positions in Karachi, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Islamabad, and Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in account opening, deposit generation, retention, deepening and consumer financing
- • Ensure Tail Management by activation of Dormant account, Digital App and ATM and deepening of Tail accounts
- • Cross-sell or upsell to existing customers to achieve assigned targets
- • Plan and execute daily customer visits for new and existing customers to achieve assigned targets
- • Take part in periodic Mass Customer Contact Drives and Market Storming activities
- • Acquire thorough knowledge of banking products and competitive analysis to enable successful sales pitch
- • Resolve any queries/issues the customer is facing in amicable and efficient manner
- • Ensure completion of all mandatory/regulatory requirements for account opening and product sales
- • Ensure all Audit requirements and observations are addressed (internal and external)
- • Maintain all related files/documentations and comprehensive records maintenance with respect to portfolio
- • Ensure all processes are followed and completed within specified TAT
- • Ensure compliance of Banking Laws, Regulations, instructions and SOPs including Shariah Compliance
- • Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Minimum Graduation from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan
- ✓ Commerce Graduation/Islamic Banking qualification/degree or diploma preferred
- ✓ Minimum 02 years of banking experience
- ✓ At least 06 months in sales (mandatory)
- ✓ People management skills
- ✓ Knowledge of banking products, policies and procedures
- ✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓ Proficiency MS Office & databases
- ✓ Sound knowledge of Islamic banking
- ✓ Good interpersonal skills
- ✓ Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities and meet targets
