  3. Software Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact, technical demonstrations of the Motive software suite tailored directly to prospective fleet managers, operations leads, and safety directors.
  4. Quota Alignment: Consistently forecast, plan, execute, and exceed ongoing sales pipelines and monthly/quarterly recurring revenue targets.
  5. Cross-Functional Iteration: Develop an expert-level understanding of Motive's core technology infrastructure and use active field feedback from the Canadian market to fuel product development teams.
