Online applications are invited from suitable candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following positions of Paramedical on need basis under the control of Medical Superintendent District Headquarter Hospital Landikotal District Khyber. Recruitment is conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 1st July 2026. Last date for submission of online applications is 20th July 2026.

Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
- Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning reason or if any changes made in Service Rules/ATP rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly.
- Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
- Not fulfilling any of the written statement in the application form or any Misinformation will automatically exclude the candidate from the whole recruitment process at any stage.
- All such information will be displayed on the Notice Board of the DHQ Hospital Landikotal.
- Shortlisted candidates will provide attested photocopies of each document immediately to DHQ Hospital Landikotal for scrutiny.
- Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC and attested photocopies of each document at the time of interview.
- The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate; in case of fake mis-information/documents, their appointment order will be cancelled automatically and action against the defaulter will be initiated under the rules.
- 10% quota will be reserved for Female candidates, 2% quota will be reserved for disable and 0.5% quota will be reserved for minorities candidates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
- In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easy Paisa app or agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank's desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk on 1st July 2026.
- Last date for submission of online applications is 20th July 2026.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give a ported/converted mobile number.
- Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
How to Prepare for This Role
All 12 paramedical positions at DHQ Hospital Landikotal are filled through the ETEA multi-stage process: online application, ETEA screening test, eligibility scrutiny, and interview by the Appointing Authority. Every post requires the same academic qualification at BPS-12. The four areas below outline the critical steps candidates must complete and the preparation required to succeed in the test and interview.
The qualification requirement is the same for all 12 posts: at least 2nd Division SSC in Science from a recognized board plus a 2-year Diploma in the relevant Paramedical Technology from a recognized Medical Faculty; OR FSC Medical Technology in the relevant technology from a recognized board with a minimum of 1 year experience. At the eligibility scrutiny stage, the appointing authority will verify that your diploma or FSC is in the specific technology relevant to the post you applied for. For example, a candidate applying for Assistant Anesthetist must hold a diploma in Anaesthesia Technology; a candidate for Clinical Technician (Radiology) must hold a diploma in Radiology Technology. Bring your original SSC certificate, diploma/FSC certificate, transcript, and if required, a 1-year experience letter in the relevant technology. Discrepancies between your diploma's field and the post applied for will result in disqualification at the scrutiny stage.
Confirm that your diploma or FSC specialization matches the exact post you are applying for before submitting the online application. The ETEA screening test may be common across posts, but the eligibility scrutiny after the test is post-specific and your qualification must match the relevant technology for that post.
Before you can apply for any post, you must complete two mandatory pre-application steps. First, create a profile on ETEA's website at www.etea.edu.pk. Second, print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get your CNIC number verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this CNIC verification, you will not be able to apply for any post. After completing these steps and submitting the online application, generate the prescribed deposit slip (which contains your token number, project code, and personal information) and deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easy Paisa app, Easy Paisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank. Keep the original bank-stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip with you and do not share it with anyone. Use a permanent, non-ported, non-converted mobile number when registering, as ETEA communicates Roll No. Slip download notifications via SMS.
The online application form will only be available from 1st July 2026. Do not wait until the deadline. Complete the NADRA E-Sahulat CNIC verification step in advance, as Kiosk queues can cause delays. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate fee for each post.
The ETEA screening test is a multiple choice question (MCQ) based test. It will assess your knowledge in the relevant paramedical technology field covered by your diploma or FSC. Review your entire 2-year diploma syllabus or FSC Medical Technology curriculum, focusing on the core theoretical and practical topics specific to your specialization. For Anaesthesia-related posts (Assistant Anesthetist, Clinical Technician Anaesthesia), review anesthesia equipment operation, patient monitoring, drug classifications, and surgical assist procedures. For laboratory posts (Laboratory Assistant, Laboratory Technician), review specimen collection, processing, basic pathology tests, blood grouping, and lab safety. For Blood Bank posts, review blood grouping, cross-matching, transfusion procedures, and storage standards. For Operation Theatre Assistant, review OT setup, sterile field maintenance, instrument sets, and surgical protocols. For Radiology posts, review X-ray equipment, radiographic positioning, radiation safety, and basic imaging principles. For Dispensor posts, review drug dispensing, prescription reading, pharmacology basics, and storage of medicines. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on your Roll No. Slip, which you must download from www.etea.edu.pk after receiving the SMS notification from ETEA.
Download and print your Roll No. Slip as soon as you receive the ETEA SMS notification. No separate call letter will be issued through postal or courier means. Take your Roll No. Slip and original CNIC to the test center. Candidates without these documents will not be allowed to sit the test.
Candidates who qualify the ETEA screening test will be called by the Appointing Authority for eligibility scrutiny and interview. At the scrutiny stage, you must provide attested photocopies of each document immediately to DHQ Hospital Landikotal. At the interview, bring your original documents along with CNIC and attested photocopies of each document. The documents required include: original SSC certificate and mark sheet, original 2-year Paramedical Diploma or FSC Medical Technology certificate and transcript, original CNIC, 1-year experience letter (if applicable for FSC route), and any other supporting certificates. If you hold a foreign degree or diploma, you must provide an equivalent certificate from HEC. Verification fees for selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate. Any fake or misrepresented documents will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment order and legal action under the rules. Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channel.
