Potential Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance to PITB program management staff overseeing startup acceleration and growth initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and logistics management for workshops, mentoring sessions, investor meetings, and networking events within the startup ecosystem
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate startup records, track milestone achievements, monitor progress metrics, and generate performance reports
  • Coordinate grant processing, stipend distribution, and financial disbursement procedures for participating startups in accordance with program guidelines
  • Organize and manage event logistics for Demo Days, pitch events, and investor showcases including venue arrangements, travel reimbursements, and catering
  • Maintain organized documentation of startup applications, agreements, progress reports, and compliance records in secure systems
  • Serve as liaison between startups, mentors, investors, and PITB staff to facilitate communication and address program participant needs
  • Track and report on program KPIs, startup performance metrics, funding received, and ecosystem growth indicators for strategic planning
  • Assist in preparing program reports, presentations, and documentation for government review and stakeholder communication
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of mentors, investors, and other ecosystem participants as needed for program expansion
