Primary School Principal – Changowali

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) invites applications for the position of Primary School Principal at GPS Changowali, located on Essa Road in Narowal, Punjab. This permanent morning shift role is an excellent opportunity to lead a primary school and make a positive impact on student development. You will monitor learning standards, recruit and develop quality teachers, oversee classroom quality, manage student performance, and conduct staff training sessions. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership ability, effective communication skills, and a passion to serve as a positive change agent in education. Female candidates aged 25-45 years are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• • Monitor learning standards and student progress
• • Recruit and develop quality teachers

Requirements

• ✓ Bachelor's degree (BSc, BA, BCom, BPA) - minimum
• ✓ Professional teaching credentials B-Ed/M-Ed (preferred)
• ✓ 2+ years teaching experience
• ✓ OR 1+ years as Senior Teacher/Vice Principal/Principal
• ✓ OR 1+ years in non-school management roles
• ✓ Leadership ability and perseverance
• ✓ Effective communication skills
• ✓ Strong relationship-building abilities
• ✓ Passion to serve as a positive change agent
• ✓ Female candidates - age 25-45 years
