Primary School Principal – Saidra Kalan

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) invites applications for the position of Primary School Principal at their school in Village Saidra Kalan, Sialkot-Bajwat Road, Punjab. This permanent morning shift role offers an opportunity to lead a primary school with a focus on academic excellence, teacher development, and community engagement. You will be responsible for monitoring teaching quality, creating school improvement plans, managing student performance, and maintaining strong community relationships. Expected travel is limited. Female candidates aged 25-45 years are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• • Monitor teaching quality through classroom observations and lesson planning review
• • Recruit and develop qualified teachers
• • Create school improvement plans based on needs analysis
• • Oversee student performance and conduct term examinations
• • Organize co-curricular activities and manage academic resources
• • Manage enrollment and community engagement
• • Supervise staff attendance, leaves, and discipline
• • Maintain school accounts and facility upkeep
• • Implement TCF policies and submit required reports

Requirements

• ✓ Graduate degree (BSc, BA, BCom, BPA) - minimum
• ✓ Professional education qualification B-Ed/M-Ed (preferred)
• ✓ 2+ years teaching experience in primary school
• ✓ OR 1+ years as Senior Teacher/Vice Principal/Principal
• ✓ OR 1+ years in non-school management
• ✓ Demonstrated achievement and leadership skills
• ✓ Effective communication abilities
• ✓ Strong relationship-building skills
• ✓ Commitment to educational excellence
• ✓ Female candidates - age 25-45 years
