Key Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize PSDF's Private Sector Philanthropy Strategy through in-depth research and comprehensive stakeholder mapping
• Serve as the primary institutional interface with corporate philanthropy and CSR functions of partner organizations
• Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations with corporate entities and strategic institutional stakeholders
• Develop compelling value propositions and co-investment structures aligned with partners' strategic objectives
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners using CRM systems and data-driven outreach methodologies
• Cultivate long-term relationships with foundations, philanthropic entities, and impact investors
• Produce strategic intelligence reports, landscape analyses, and operational assessments for senior management
• Develop presentations, investment proposals, and impact reports tailored for corporate and donor audiences
• Deliver monthly pipeline reports, quarterly performance assessments, and annual business development plans

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Honors) or Master's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, International Development, Economics, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in partnership development, strategy, international organizations, or development operations
• Demonstrated achievement in stakeholder engagement, institutional partnerships, or external relations
• Preferred: experience in development finance, philanthropic, or public-private partnership contexts
