Expert Tips
- Experience in development finance, CSR, or philanthropy is your strongest differentiator. PSDF shortlists candidates who can demonstrate hands-on work with corporate partners, foundations, or impact investors. Explicitly name the organizations you partnered with and the value of agreements you secured or supported.
- Post-qualification experience is counted from your degree date only. All 5 years must be after your degree was conferred. Internships or work done during studies will not be counted, so ensure your CV clearly reflects employment start dates following degree issuance.
- Quantify your partnership outcomes, not just duties. PSDF values results. State the number of partnerships brokered, funds mobilized, CSR agreements signed, or stakeholders engaged. Numbers make your application stand out at the shortlisting stage.
- Highlight CRM and pipeline management experience explicitly. The role requires structured pipeline tracking using CRM tools. If you have used Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM in a business development context, name the tool and describe how you used it to manage partner relationships.
- Apply well before June 26, 2026. PSDF's online portal can experience high traffic near closing dates. Early submission ensures your application is processed in time and avoids last-minute technical issues.
