Research Assistant - Center for Migration and Labour Affairs

The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad is seeking a Research Assistant to support the Center for Migration and Labour Affairs research cluster. This contract position, funded by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), offers an excellent opportunity for early-career researchers to gain valuable experience in migration and labour studies. The appointment will be for the duration of the project, which may be extended subject to project extension and satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in conducting research on migration and labour affairs
• • Conduct literature reviews and data collection
• • Support data analysis and research activities

Requirements

• ✓ M.Phil or PhD in Sociology or related field
• ✓ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data analysis tools)
