The Citizens Foundation (TCF) invites applications for the position of Secondary School Principal at their school in Village Wara Jhanda Singh, near Raiwind, Lahore. TCF is committed to providing quality education and is seeking an experienced educational leader with strong management and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for academic oversight, teacher development, student assessment management, community engagement, staff management, and administrative operations. Local candidates from specified villages receive preference. Expected travel is limited.

Key Responsibilities

• • Monitor overall school performance and student progress
• • Recruit and develop quality teachers
• • Oversee classroom instruction through observations and constructive feedback
• • Manage student assessments and examinations
• • Coordinate co-curricular activities and student development programs

Requirements

• ✓ Graduate degree (BSc, B.A., B.Com., BPA) - minimum
• ✓ Professional degree B-Ed/M-Ed (preferred)
• ✓ 2+ years teaching experience in secondary school
• ✓ OR 1+ years as Senior Teacher/Vice Principal/Principal
• ✓ OR 1+ years in non-school management
• ✓ Demonstrated achievement and leadership skills
• ✓ Strong motivation and commitment to positive change
• ✓ Effective communication abilities
• ✓ Strong relationship-building skills
• ✓ Age between 25-45 years
