About the job
Business Development Officer position to support skill development, youth employment, and TVET projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Requires 3+ years experience in related areas. Initial one-year contract with extension possibilities. Located in Peshawar.
Qualifications
Master degree in Business Administration, Education, Development Studies, Economics, or any other related discipline from an institution recognized by HEC (Higher Education Commission).
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in skill development, youth employment, startup programs, job placement, vocational training, or TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) projects. Preference for candidates with project management and development sector experience.

University of Peshawar, through a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI), invites applications for the position of Business Development Officer (BDO) on an Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) basis. This role focuses on business development and capacity building in skill development, youth employment, and TVET initiatives. The position is initially for one year with potential for yearly extension based on satisfactory performance and project completion.

The public sector organization now invites eligible Individuals (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile holders only) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services in the form of a curriculum vitae (CV). A candidate will be selected in accordance with the ICS method. Interviews will be conducted as part of the selection process; only shortlisted candidates will be invited.
