CAD Officer - Commercial Center (OG - II / OG - I)

National Bank of Pakistan, 'The Nation's Bank', is seeking a CAD Officer for its Commercial Center in Sialkot. This is a critical role in credit administration and loan processing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SME financing, credit documentation, and collateral management to support the bank's commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• • Scrutiny of Sanction Advice and Facility Offer Letters
• • Preparation of standard documentation and Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC)
• • Supervising registration of charges with SECP
• • Monitoring compliance, insurance policies, and expiry limits
• • Managing legal documentation for loans and credit facilities
• • Ensuring adherence to credit administration procedures
• • Supporting collateral and risk monitoring activities

Requirements

• ✓ EDUCATION: Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by HEC Pakistan
• ✓ Master's degree or relevant professional certifications preferred
• ✓ EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of banking experience with 2 years in credit administration, loan processing, or commercial/SME banking operations
• ✓ KNOWLEDGE: Sound knowledge of SME financing, credit administration, legal documentation, and pledge operations
• ✓ Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring
• ✓ Proficient in MS Office
