About This Role
National Bank of Pakistan invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of IS Trainings Officer (OG-III / OG-II) in the Information Security Division. The successful candidate will report to the Wing Head - IS Program Management and will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering information security awareness training programs for employees. This role is critical in building a security-conscious organizational culture and ensuring compliance with information security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- • Design, develop, and deliver information security awareness training programs for employees
- • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
- • Create engaging and interactive training content
- • Liaise with staff colleges for arrangement of information security related trainings and awareness workshops
- • Deliver IS related training sessions in person or virtually
- • Track and report on training metrics and effectiveness
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information security training
- • Collaborate with other departments to integrate information security into existing training programs
- • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
- • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- ✓ Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science
- ✓ Bachelors or Masters in Information Systems
- ✓ Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology
- ✓ Bachelors or Masters in Technology Engineering
- ✓ Any other relevant professional certification(s) preferred
- ✓ Minimum 02 years of experience in Information Technology
- ✓ Experience in Information Security
- ✓ Experience in Information Security Management & Training
- ✓ Understanding of Information Security function
- ✓ Good interpersonal skills
- ✓ Team player with ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- ✓ Awareness of IT governance, risk frameworks and related policies
