- ✓ B.A / B.Sc with Diploma in Library Science from a recognized university
- ✓ General Screening Test certificate from STS with minimum 40 marks
- ✓ Sindh Domicile and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC)
- ✓ Age limit: 21-28 years
- ✓ Age relaxation: Up to 15 years as per Sindh Services Rules 2024
