As part of our high-performance team committed to driving meaningful economic impact for Pakistan, we are seeking a skilled Manager for Claims & Recovery operations in Islamabad. You will lead our claims management and recovery team, processing insurance claims efficiently, managing recovery cases, and ensuring full compliance with credit recovery procedures while protecting the bank's financial interests.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead claims & recovery operations
- • Manage recovery cases and follow-up activities
- • Process and administer insurance claims
- • Coordinate with legal and recovery teams
- • Ensure compliance with recovery procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field from HEC recognized institution
- ✓ 5+ years experience in claims & recovery management
- ✓ At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- ✓ Knowledge of credit recovery and insurance claims procedures
