| Position | Qualification and Experience |
|---|---|
| Assistant Secretary | Master's Degree or 16 years education in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or Business Administration from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in administrative management, preferably within a humanitarian or public sector organization. |
| Assistant Director Disaster Management | Master's Degree or 16 years education in Disaster Management, Environmental Sciences, or Social Sciences. 3 to 5 years of experience in disaster response, risk reduction, and community-based programs. Proficiency in reporting and coordination is essential. |
| PSO to Chairman / Secretary / Principal (Total 03 Positions) | Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preference will be given to Master's in English Excellent drafting skills in English and Urdu. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Staff Officer or Executive Assistant to high-ranking officials. |
