The bank provides innovative trade finance, credit insurance, guarantees, and risk mitigation solutions to support exporters, financial institutions, and strategic industries. As part of our high-performance team committed to driving meaningful economic impact for Pakistan, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Manager for our Karachi operations. This is a key business development position where you will drive growth and lead relationship management across the Sindh region, structuring ECA-supported transactions and managing stakeholder engagement for corporate, commercial, and financial institution clients.
Key Responsibilities
- • Drive business development and sales in Sindh region
- • Manage relationships with corporate, commercial, and SME clients
- • Structure and manage ECA-supported transactions
- • Analyze and assess credit proposals
- • Ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Minimum Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Business-related fields from HEC recognized institution
- ✓ 10+ years banking experience in Corporate, Commercial, SME, and FI segments
- ✓ Strong background in business development and transaction management
- ✓ Knowledge of export credit insurance and ECA-supported transactions
- ✓ Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
