Unit Head - Payments & Cash Management Operations (AVP/VP)

National Bank of Pakistan, the Nation's Bank, is seeking talented and experienced professionals for the position of Unit Head - Payments & Cash Management Operations. The selected candidate will report to Wing Head - Payments, Cash Management Operations and will be responsible for managing cash management operations, payment processing, and transaction banking services in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• • Prepare and maintain records of cash management salary mandates and bank account reconciliation
• • Prepare accurate MIS statements and evaluate monthly account statements
• • Ensure reconcilements, daily operations support, and customer inquiries management
• • Monitor and support customers with professional and knowledgeable demeanor
• • Assist customers regarding cash management services
• • Process and maintain records for all accounts as per TAT
• • Evaluate and monitor all balances of daily overdrafts
• • Address audit comments and implement measures to minimize recurrence
• • Lead and manage team effectively

Requirements

• ✓ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
• ✓ Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
• ✓ Minimum 8 years of banking and/or fintech experience
• ✓ At least 4 years in relevant role in Cash Management Operations, Transaction Banking, Employee Banking, Salary Processing, or Payments Solutions
• ✓ Good knowledge of payment products
• ✓ Proficiency in MS Office
