Unit Head - Payments, Cash Management Operations

National Bank of Pakistan seeks a Unit Head - Payments, Cash Management Operations (AVP/VP) in Karachi. Reporting to Wing Head - Payments, Cash Management Operations, this role manages cash management salary mandates, account reconciliation, MIS statements, daily operations, customer support, and ensures compliance with prudential regulations. Requires 8+ years banking/fintech experience with 4+ years in relevant operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

• • Prepare and maintain records of cash management salary mandates and bank account reconciliation
• • Prepare accurate MIS statements and evaluate monthly account statements
• • Ensure reconcilements, daily operations support, customer inquiries, and record maintenance per prudential regulations
• • Monitor and support customers, conveying professional and knowledgeable demeanor over phone
• • Assist customers regarding cash management services
• • Process and maintain records for all accounts as per TAT
• • Evaluate and monitor all balances of daily overdrafts
• • Address audit comments (internal & external) and implement measures to minimize recurrence
• • Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

• ✓ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution
• ✓ Master's degree or relevant diploma/certification preferred
• ✓ 8+ years of banking and/or fintech experience
• ✓ 4+ years in Cash Management Operations
• ✓ Experience in Transaction Banking
• ✓ Experience in Employee Banking/Salary Processing
• ✓ Experience in Payments Solutions
• ✓ Good knowledge of payment products
