Unit Head - SWIFT Operations (AVP/VP)

National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Unit Head - SWIFT Operations. This is a leadership role responsible for managing SWIFT Alliance applications, system behavior, and international message routing. The selected candidate will report to Wing Head - SWIFT Operations and oversee all SWIFT-related operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• • Monitor SWIFT Alliance applications, system behavior and Reverse Proxy Server
• • Perform Message Management by deploying Routing at SWIFT Alliance
• • Review and add SWIFT Alliance Queues, Partner and exit points
• • Coordinate with technology teams for core banking/back office integration
• • Ensure timely deployment of SWIFT changes without compromising controls
• • Exercise internal controls for satisfactory audit ratings
• • Provide assistance to internal customers regarding SWIFT activities
• • Perform archive and backup activities in timely manner
• • Ensure smooth disposal process of SWIFT messages
• • Prepare and share internal and external MIS reports

Requirements

• ✓ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
• ✓ Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
• ✓ Minimum 8 years of banking experience
• ✓ At least 3 years in supervisory role of SWIFT Operations
• ✓ Expertise in SWIFT System
• ✓ Proficiency in MS Office
