Government College University Lahore is seeking insightful, motivated and experienced academics for the Department of Intermediate Studies. A month-long mandatory Induction Training will be offered to hired faculty. This is an excellent opportunity to nurture talented Pakistani youth at the Intermediate level.
Key Responsibilities
- • Teach assigned subjects at Intermediate level
- • Prepare and deliver lectures to students
- • Develop curriculum and learning materials
- • Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance
- • Participate in departmental meetings and activities
- • Engage in academic research and development
- • Mentor students in their academic pursuits
Requirements
- ✓ BA/BSc (Hons) in relevant subject minimum
- ✓ MA/MSc or MPhil preferred
- ✓ Teaching experience in Government Colleges or HEC recognized institutions strongly preferred
- ✓ Subject expertise in one of the offered disciplines
- ✓ Ability to communicate effectively with students

Education
BA/BSc (Hons), MA/MSc/MPhil with teaching experience
Experience
Teaching experience in the relevant subject in Government Colleges or HEC recognized institutions preferred

- • Duly filled application with attested copies of testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC & CV submitted by postal mail to Registrar's Office by 18-05-2026
- • Shortlisted candidates called for interview with no TA/DA admissible
- • Incomplete application or application received after due date shall not be considered
