About Home Department Balochistan

The Home Department Balochistan supports operational and financial management of the Balochistan Centre of Excellence on Countering Violent Extremism (COE-CVE) for effective policy implementation and resource allocation.

Balochistan Centre of Excellence on Countering Violent Extremism (COE-CVE) requires an experienced Admin & Finance Officer to manage operational and financial resources supporting counter-extremism research and policy initiatives. This role involves budget management, procurement, human resource coordination, and ensuring efficient use of departmental resources.

2	Cyber Security Analyst (Cyber/IT) PPS-07	2	Master's or M.Phil in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber Security, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution. AND 05 year relevant experience and knowledge of monitoring network traffic and detecting/analyzing security threats.	25-43
3	Research Analyst (Media) PPS-07	2 1 Male & 1 Female	Master's or M.Phil in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Administration, or International Relations. AND 05 year experience in media relations, or communications, preferably within experience in large-scale projects.	25-43
4	Research Analyst PPS-07	1	Master's or M.Phil in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics. Preferably 02 year relevant experience and proficiency in data analysis, report writing and familiarity with MS Office.	22-35
5	Admin & Finance Officer PPS-07	1	Master's or M.Phil in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing and Business Administration. Preferably 02 year relevant experience.	22-35
6	Video Editor PPS-06	1	BS in film production, broadcasting, communications. 02 year experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Avid Media Composer, or Final Cut Pro.	22-35

8	Driver	3	Matric and have valid LTV License with 03 year experience	22-35

Note: Shortlisting and selection will be based solely on merit. Any attempt to influence the recruitment process will result in disqualification. Balochistan local/domicile candidates will be given preference. These positions are based in Balochistan Centre of Excellence on Countering Violent Extremism (COE-CVE) Home Department, Quetta. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview on a date and time to be communicated. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear and show the original documents before the selection committee. Preference will also be given to candidates having relevant higher qualifications and experience.
