Qualifications

Ph.D. in Law with 5 years professional experience OR Masters in Law (L.L.M), Barrister/Solicitor with 7 years experience. Advanced knowledge of constitutional law, corporate law, and contract law preferred.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years (Ph.D.) or 7 years (Masters/LLM/Barrister/Solicitor) of professional legal experience. Prior experience with government legal matters or railways administration preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• • Provide legal advice to Pakistan Railways on constitutional, corporate, and contractual matters
• • Handle legal disputes and litigation matters
• • Draft legal documents and agreements
• • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• • Represent railways in legal proceedings
• • Advise on legal implications of railway operations and policies

Requirements

• ✓ Ph.D. in Law with minimum 5 years professional experience OR Masters in Law (L.L.M), Barrister/Solicitor with minimum 7 years experience
• ✓ Maximum age limit of 62 years
• ✓ Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract law
• ✓ Experience with government legal matters preferred
• ✓ Excellent communication and writing skills
• ✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
