Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) from HEC-recognized university. Required fields: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Transport Management, Public Policy, or Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) depending on position. MBBS required for Medical Officer position.
Experience Required
Requirements vary by position: 2-6 years post-qualification experience in administrative management, fleet/yard operations, procurement, or HR in well-established public/private organizations. Retired JCO/NCO from Armed Forces (Mechanical Transport Unit) with 15+ years experience eligible for Assistant Manager Yard role.
